Labor Day Weekend!
Friday- Needless to say it started with a bang.. I was happy to get out of work 2 hours early-- a great start to my labor day weekend... WRONG... Braden ended up having a terrible asthma attack and we spent all evening in the ER. In addition to the asthma he had the whole side of his left cheek swell up. He had been complaining that his tooth hurt (I looked in his mouth and he is getting his permanet molars). At first they were concerned that the swelling and breathing issues may be contributed to something he ate. ( As soon as he started complaining that his throat was tight I became nervous too!) He did great-- a few nebs, benadryl, IV and blood work later- we were discharged- never really sure of what happened.
Saturday morning Braden seemed much better. I took this picture and you can see there is still some swelling but NOTHING like the night before
Saturday evening Sean and I headed to his friend's house for an end of summer party- It was nice to catch up with everyone and have an adult night out.
Sunday we spent the afternoon in Mt Airy at Grammie and Pop Pop's house for a cookout and crabs. The kids had so much fun running, playing and blowing bubbles--
Noel and I had some fun taking pics of each other-- I am trying to be in front of the camera more these days!!
Labor Day weekend ended with a visit from Erin-- She is expecting her first baby in early Jan! It was great to finally catch up.
